| Reservations and Deposits |

| Reservations up to 6 days in length require $25.00 deposit ($40.00 on Holiday Weekends). |
| One week reservations require a $100.00. NON-REFUNDABLE deposit |
Two week reservations require a $100 deposit in advance and are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Cabin reservations require all but one night paid in advance.
(There is a 2 night minimum on cabin reservations arriving on a weekend.)

| All monthly reservations require a $200.00 NON REFUNDABLE deposit. |

| Cancellation and Refund Policy |
| Cancellations made up to 72 hours (3 days) before arrival date receive full refund (minus a $10.00 cancellation fee). Less than a 72 hour notice will result in NO REFUND. |
| Reservations that are longer than 7 days have NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS. |
| Cancellations for Cabins made up to 14 days before arrival date receive a full refund (minus a $10.00 cancellation fee). Less than a 14 day notice will result in NO REFUND. |
| Refunds within 1 hour of check-in. NO REFUNDS for early check out. |
